"AI Accountability Act"; enact

This Georgia bill amends Title 50 of the O.C.G.A. to require all governmental entities to develop and maintain artificial intelligence system usage plans. It also amends Chapter 12 of Title 50 to create the Georgia Board for Artificial Intelligence, which would provide guidance to governmental entities on developing those AI usage plans. The bill establishes the purpose, membership, and duties of the Board, provides definitions related to AI systems, includes legislative findings, and repeals conflicting laws. It also includes a short title provision.
