This Maryland bill prohibits developers of artificial intelligence from making, or knowingly causing AI to make, certain representations or statements, or from providing certain services or experiences related to behavioral health care. AI systems sold, leased, given, or otherwise provided to consumers in the state must include a specified notice or protocols.
