How often this is updated
The Assurance record is updated every Friday. We check each source on Wednesday. Each page shows when it was last updated.
Where the figures come from
Every result figure comes from an independent tester’s published results, shown under that tester’s license or with its written permission. We do not run our own tests. Figures from AI vendors' own announcements are shown only in their own lane, never mixed with independent results.
How to read them
Scores from different tests are never averaged or ranked together. A model a test did not run is not shown as a result.
Advice
Advice on these pages comes from a tester’s own finding or from at least two independent published sources. It is general information, not purchasing or legal advice. Test any model on your own documents before you rely on it.
Reuse
People and software agents may reuse the data feed, the weekly update and the agent skill with attribution to the AI Frontier Institute and to each tester. Each tester’s own license also applies; some, such as SWE-bench’s, are non-commercial.
No ads or sponsorship
The record carries no ads or sponsorship.
Privacy
We count visits with PostHog to learn which pages people use. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, and we do not record sessions. If you subscribe to the weekly digest, we keep your email address only to send it; every digest has an unsubscribe link.
